AMA Indy Lunch & Learn - Paid Media in 2026: What’s Driving Results Now
Paid Media in 2026: What’s Driving Results Now
Discover how AI is transforming paid media and learn the strategies that boost performance while reducing wasted ad spend.
ABOUT THE PRESENTATION
Paid media is no longer about “running ads.” It is about building intelligent systems that combine creative, data, and platform automation. In this session, attendees will learn what strategies are actually driving results right now and which legacy tactics are quietly draining budgets. We will break down how platform AI is reshaping campaign structure, targeting, and optimization, and what marketers must control vs what they should let the algorithm handle.
Attendees will also walk away with a clearer understanding of how creative has become the primary lever for performance, why audience-first strategy still matters in an AI-driven world, and how to align paid media with broader brand and revenue goals rather than chasing short-term metrics.
ABOUT ASHLEY MONK
Ashley Monk is the founder and CEO of Onya, a digital marketing agency that helps organizations turn marketing activity into measurable business growth.
She has built Onya around a simple belief: marketing should not create more noise or more reporting. It should help leaders understand what is working, where growth is coming from, and what needs to change when results are not there.
Ashley works with organizations that have real outcomes on the line, helping them connect strategy, paid media, social media, creative, and measurement into marketing that moves with the business.
Her approach is direct, practical, and rooted in the idea that strong marketing starts with understanding the organization before deciding what to execute.
As a founder, she is especially interested in the gap between what marketing teams are doing and what leadership actually needs marketing to produce.

AMA Indy Keynote: A Scientific Approach to Go-to-Market
AMA Indy Keynote: A Scientific Approach to Go-to-Market
Marketing often gets treated like an art, but the most effective teams run it like science. In this session, Allison Nordenbrock, founder of Norden Marketing, breaks down why so many marketing efforts fail and how leaders can build a repeatable, measurable marketing engine that actually drives growth.
Drawing from real-world B2B and professional services examples, this talk walks through the most common causes of marketing breakdowns—unclear value, team misalignment, trying to do too much at once, and failing to measure what matters. Attendees will learn how to step back, clarify positioning, and prioritize the work that creates momentum instead of noise. The focus is not on chasing trends, but on building systems that scale and support sales over time. GET YOUR TICKETS TODAY!
Key takeaways for attendees:
How to identify the root causes of underperforming marketing—and fix them before spending more money
A practical framework for ruthless prioritization, so teams stop “boiling the ocean”
How to align marketing, sales, and leadership around clear goals and measurable outcomes
A clearer way to think about marketing decisions and a more disciplined approach to driving results.
ABOUT ALLISON NORDENBROCK
Allison is a marketer with a background in helping business owners and revenue leaders communicate and scale marketing to reach their growth goals. She’s helped founders raise multi-million dollar fundraising rounds, dramatically grow revenue, and reach acquisition.
After spending her early career championing marketing at a rapidly growing cybersecurity company (Pondurance), she experienced agency life and eventually decided to grow her own firm (Norden Marketing) full-time.
Norden creates and executes marketing strategies that drive measurable results for b2b brands. Through sales-conscious marketing efforts based on a scientific approach, their goal is to leverage the channels available in the most cost-effective way and avoid cash burn.
